Counted across all 217 written reviews up to Sep 2026: each theme's wording was found in every review, and samples were read to measure how many matches are really about it, so counts are estimates. Themes are shown only when at least 90% of sampled matches were on topic. How we count
What unhappy patients say
11 one- and two-star written reviews since October 2023 describe a problem with this practice. The reasons they give most often:
- Phones not answered or calls not returned
- Rude or unhelpful reception
- Refused care or removed from the practice
- Hard to get or keep an appointment
- Pushed from NHS to private care
Every one- and two-star written review since October 2023 was read in full and sorted into fixed reasons, so counts compare across practices. A review can give more than one reason. How we read them
