Counted across all 121 written reviews up to Sep 2026: each theme's wording was found in every review, and samples were read to measure how many matches are really about it, so counts are estimates. Themes are shown only when at least 90% of sampled matches were on topic. How we count
What unhappy patients say
6 one- and two-star written reviews since October 2023 describe a problem with this practice. The reasons they give most often:
- Phones not answered or calls not returned
- Problems with a child's care
