Counted across all 130 written reviews up to Sep 2026: each theme's wording was found in every review, and samples were read to measure how many matches are really about it, so counts are estimates. Themes are shown only when at least 90% of sampled matches were on topic. How we count
What unhappy patients say
16 one- and two-star written reviews since October 2023 describe a problem with this practice. The reasons they give most often:
- Work failed or had to be fixed
- Rushed appointment
- Dentist was rude or dismissive
- Disorganised practice
- Phones not answered or calls not returned

Every one- and two-star written review since October 2023 was read in full and sorted into fixed reasons, so counts compare across practices. A review can give more than one reason. How we read them
