The team and the practice
- Friendly, kind and professional staff
- Returning for care and choosing to stay
Counted across all 114 written reviews up to Sep 2026: each theme's wording was found in every review, and samples were read to measure how many matches are really about it, so counts are estimates. Themes are shown only when at least 90% of sampled matches were on topic. How we count
What unhappy patients say
9 one- and two-star written reviews since October 2023 describe a problem with this practice. The reasons they give most often:
- Refused care or removed from the practice
- Disorganised practice
- Deposit, cancellation-fee or refund disputes
- Work failed or had to be fixed
- Rude or unhelpful reception
Every one- and two-star written review since October 2023 was read in full and sorted into fixed reasons, so counts compare across practices. A review can give more than one reason. How we read them
